Arka Pvt Ltd may use one or more of the following AI processing providers depending on the selected model, feature, customer configuration and service availability. Not every provider is used for every customer or request. This public list is intentionally limited to material AI processing providers and is not a complete inventory of Arka’s hosting, database, observability or internal technology stack. A complete current list of material Subprocessors is maintained by Arka and may be provided to customers or Data Principals upon request where applicable.
Provider availability may change over time. A provider should be treated as processing Customer Content only when the relevant Attorni AI feature routes Customer Content to that provider.

AI Training and Secondary Use Standard
Arka’s policy is that Customer Content must not be used to train, fine-tune or improve shared or general-purpose AI models. Arka configures provider controls and contractual settings accordingly. Mistral AI ZDR and training opt-out controls are currently enabled for Arka’s organisation; Labs models are disabled.
Provider Changes
Arka may update AI providers as the Service evolves. Arka does not provide a general advance-notice period for changes unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed in an enterprise agreement. Customers may request current material Subprocessor information from privacy@attorni.ai.
Other Service Providers
Arka uses additional service providers for hosting, databases, storage, monitoring, communications and other operational functions. Those providers are not listed on this public AI-provider page solely for purposes of describing Arka’s technical architecture. Arka maintains a complete internal record of material Subprocessors and provides appropriate identity, purpose and processing-location information to customers or Data Principals upon request where applicable.
